I found this nice post on “How to get a PR7 Backlink from Google for just $1995. It is nothing difficult. All you have to do is Buy a Google Mini and once you have done it, you can leave your testimonial under Customer’s Success Stories. That page has a Google Pagerank of 7 and allows a link directly to your website. As far as what i can see from the source code is that they do not have a “No Follow”. (I removed NoFollow on my comments recently). So its definitely worth a lot of SEO for just $1995.

There is no way a link is worth that money, esp as it would probably get made a nofollow eventually anyway.
Personally, I don’t like the idea of spending that much money on a single link. I’d prefer to invest that on marketing or some contest. I’m sure I can get more benefits from that.
I have to agree here, 1 link is not worth that much. The money is best spent elsewhere. Thanks for making it known though. Should I have $295 I can blow and nothing better to do withit I may eventualy consider it.

OMG, a $1995 link, I would rather buy 100 websites and get them ranked well using standart link building methods.
I totally agree with the comments, but it would be fun to have so much money that you could spend them on such links. But i guess it would take an awful long time to earn back the money spent.
maybe its just my pc but i went onto the google link you supplied and its now showing as N/A for PR. so that $2k has been well spent… NOT.

I think that the link is not worth it in itself for the business value but it does have an amusement value. I hope I can brag about getting a link from google sometime in future.

Haha in $1995 you can get your website almost PR7 and then tell Google to have a PR7 back link for half the price of mini. Not worth the money unless you are using Google Mino already.

It sounds like a lot of money, but I think it depends on the traffic it generates.
