YouTube have today launched the mobile version of their video sharing website at m.youtube.com. The mobile interface starts with a warning message that recommends you to have Unlimited Data Plan, because “YouTube Mobile is a data intensive application”. And you should be having a mobile that supports 3GP videos.

YouTube mobile currently has limited features with videos categorized under Features, Recently Added, Most Viewed, Top Rated, Top Favorites and three other categories. It also has a small search box. But some searches return “No results for ‘keyword’. Only a portion of YouTube videos are available on mobile at this time. We are working hard to bring you more!”. Hope this grows bigger.
