From today, i’ll work on some list of sites that provide same type of services and rank them according to certain criteria. I’ll try to publish 3-5 lists every week. The lists will be a countdown.
Topic : Disposable Email Addresses
The main aspect that i have taken into consideration is “Simplicity” of user interface. Since people won’t be using such a service for too long, the interface has to be as simple as possible.
10. Mailnator
Mailnator has some good traffic according to alexa, as compared to some of the below. But it has a very tough interface. I tried sending a mail from my gmail and it was not received. Poor.
9. Yep That URL
Yep that URL is a simple service that generated a random mail address : something@null.yep.it
The design is not attractive too and the information on the front page is not very clear.
8. Dodge It
Dodge It has a simple interface too. But with no styling and color and it lets you choose your own username.
7. Pook Mail
Pookmail too lets you choose you own username and all accounts last for 24 hours. The have support for other languages as well. But too many ads on the homepage.
6. Dont Reg
Dont Reg uses nice AJAX to create the inbox. But the homepage has lots of ads and it really confuses as it does not say anywhere what the actual email id is.
5. Temp Inbox
Temp Inbox has an attractive frontpage. But their inbox page is styleless and doesn’t give a pleasant experience to the users.
4. Ipoo
Ipoo lets you choose your own username and also offers 4 other domain names for your email address.
3. 2 Prong and 2. Spaml
Both of these seem to use the same script and they provide “no-click” disposable email address service. You need not make even a single click. The inbox is automatically reloaded using AJAX. Out of these two, i would prefer Spaml, since it is ad-free.
1. Guerrilla Mail
Guerrilla Mail really rules the disposable email market with it extremely simple ad-free interface. There is no confusing content on their homepage. And they have a very short span of 15 minutes per email id.
Hope you enjoyed this list.

Thanks for your kind review :-)
