Ross requested a right sidebar version of my Brown Rush theme. I finished it long ago. But forgot to release it and now it is here now.
Description
Brown Rush is a pretty dark theme with white backgrounds for everything. It is a two column theme with a widgetized sidebar. It means that this will work with the Sidebar Widgets plugin. Theme has been tested on Wordpress 2.1 and 2.2

Fantastic theme!! Clean and simple…that’s what I like.
Is there any chance that you’ll be adding a “Page Template” to the design?
The “About” page along with any new ones created has the same formatting as the Main Page with a “Posted Date”, “Category”, “Timestamp”, etc.
Any chance on an update to this theme so the following items work:
1. Blockquotes
2. Ordered and Unordered Lists
3. Posts with pages within
Great work so far!! Thanks!

CeeDubb, I had the same problem with blockquotes. I ended up putting this line in my Style.css file:
.blockquote{padding-left: 25px;}
Then, when I create a blog, in “Code” mode, you can put whatever you want to show up in a blockquote style like this:
A man, a plan, a canal, Panama.
Someone else covered lists at this URL:

Sorry, the line above (A man, a plan, a canal, Panama) should’ve looked like this:
A man, a plan, a canal, Panama.

I am sorry to bother you, but i wish to ask for your help.
I am trying to install your excellent brown rush theme on my brother’s wordpress site. However It does not allow me to put line breaks between paragraphs, even if I use the [p] rather than [br]. I wish to have a clear line of space between paragraphs as I ferel this looks more elegant.
Have you any ideas on how to do this?

Two simple ways:
1. On it’s own line, add on character the same color as the background.
2. On it’s own line, add a “non-breaking space”
Option 2 is the easiest. This was my workaround as I know very little about .css code.

Whoops.
The code for a non-breaking space looks like this:

I didn’t try this. But, maybe this shall work..
Add this to your CSS file :
.post p { margin-bottom: 5px; }Let me know if that works ![]()
